Shipping Policy

Welcome to Decospaa International LLP (“Decospaa”, “we”, “us”). This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Where We Ship
    • India (domestic): All states and union territories, serviceability subject to courier network and pin code coverage.

    • International: We ship to most countries. Export terms are agreed per order (see International & Incoterms).

    Origin of dispatch: India warehouses for stocked items; select orders may ship direct-from-factory (India or China) depending on availability and lead time.

Order Processing Times
    • Standard processing:1–2 business days for in-stock small parcels.

    • Bulky/oversized items (e.g., turf rolls, pallets):2–4 business days to prepare, strap, and book freight.

    • Made-to-order / project orders: As quoted in your PI/quotation (typically 7–15 business days to dispatch after advance/payment & artwork/size confirmation).

    Cut-off: Orders confirmed (and paid) before 2:00 PM IST on business days enter the same-day processing queue.
    Business days: Monday–Saturday; Sundays/Public Holidays excluded.

Freight & Oversized Deliveries (Important)
  • Volumetric weight may apply (rolls and long parcels are billed by volume).

  • Curbside delivery: Freight carriers deliver to the nearest vehicle-accessible point. Unloading and shifting to final location is the buyer’s responsibility unless we’ve quoted unloading services.

  • If material-handling (labour, forklift, crane) is required at site, arrange in advance or request a quote.

  • For restricted-access sites (malls, high-rises, gated communities, government zones), please coordinate delivery permits, time windows, and gate passes.

  • Charges depend on weight/volumetric weight, dimensions, destination, and mode.

Tracking & Updates
  • On dispatch, we share a tracking link/AWB by email/SMS/WhatsApp (as available).

  • Multi-box or split shipments may have multiple AWBs.

Delivery & Additional Terms
  • Address changes & delivery attempts: Address edits are possible before dispatch only; post-dispatch rerouting may incur fees and delays. Couriers usually attempt 1–3 deliveries. Undelivered parcels may be returned to origin (RTO); re-shipping charges apply.

  • International shipping & Incoterms: We support EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDP (as agreed in writing). Under DAP/DDU, duties/taxes/brokerage/local charges are paid by consignee; under DDP they’re included as quoted. Share full consignee details and any import permissions to avoid clearance delays.

  • Damages, shortages & insurance: Inspect packages before signing POD. If damaged, note on POD, take clear photos/videos (outer packaging, labels, product), and inform us within 24 hours (or 48 hours for concealed damage/shortage). Email AWB, photos, description to within the claims window. Standard carrier liability applies unless additional insurance was purchased/quoted.

  • Split shipments & backorders: Orders may ship from multiple locations to expedite in-stock items. Backordered/made-to-order items dispatch when ready; we’ll update you on dates.

  • Project-site deliveries: Default service is door/curbside. Inside delivery, floor-carry, after-hours services are by prior approval and may be chargeable. Share site contact, phone, hours, unloading readiness at least 24 hours before delivery.

  • Non-serviceable/restricted locations: No shipping to PO Boxes. Remote areas may attract surcharges or longer ETAs; we’ll confirm before dispatch.

  • Public holidays & force majeure: No dispatch/delivery on Sundays and National/State Holidays. Delays due to weather, strikes, unrest, port congestion, festivals, or natural calamities are outside SLA.

  • Cancellations after dispatch: Once shipped, orders can’t be cancelled. If returned/refused, two-way freight and handling will be deducted per our Return/Refund Policy (if applicable).

  • Items shipping separately: Certain goods (e.g., adhesives/hazardous items) may ship separately or ground-only due to carrier regulations.
