SPC FLOORINGS: PRODUCTION PROCESS
Step 1 - Raw Material Mixing
Step 1 - Raw Material Mixing
Premium PVC resin, limestone powder, stabilizers, plasticizers, lubricants, and additives are weighed according to precise formulations and thoroughly blended in high-speed mixers.
The homogeneous mixture is then heated to ensure perfect material dispersion.
Step 3 – Decorative Layer Assembly
Step 3 – Decorative Layer Assembly
The following layers are assembled in sequence:
Steel Plate
Texture Film
Decorative Film
Wear Layer
SPC Core
Protective Films
This multilayer structure creates the authentic wood or stone appearance while ensuring outstanding durability.
Step 4 – Hot Pressing
Step 4 – Hot Pressing
The assembled structure undergoes high-temperature and high-pressure pressing for approximately 40 minutes.
This permanently bonds every layer into one integrated flooring plank.
The result is an exceptionally stable and durable composite structure.
Step 5 – UV Surface Coating
Step 5 – UV Surface Coating
The pressed boards enter the UV coating line where premium UV coatings are applied using precision rollers.
Each coating layer is cured under ultraviolet light to provide:
- Scratch resistance
- Stain resistance
- Easy maintenance
- Adjustable gloss levels
- Enhanced wear performance
Multiple UV curing cycles ensure long-lasting protection.
Step 6 – Annealing & Stabilization
Step 6 – Annealing & Stabilization
The boards pass through controlled heating and cooling cycles.
This annealing process significantly reduces:
- Internal stress
- Shrinkage
- Expansion
- Warping
ensuring excellent dimensional stability.
Step 7 – Board Shaping
Step 7 – Board Shaping
The stabilized boards are heated slightly to facilitate precise cutting and shaping before machining.
Step 8 – Precision Profiling
Step 8 – Precision Profiling
Using CNC-controlled profiling machines, highly accurate click-lock systems are machined onto all edges.
This guarantees:
- Tight joint connections
- Easy installation
- Superior locking performance
Step 9 – Painted V-Groove
Step 9 – Painted V-Groove
For products supplied with integrated underlayment, premium IXPE or EVA foam is laminated onto the underside using heat and pressure.
Benefits include:
- Better acoustic insulation
- Improved walking comfort
- Moisture barrier
- Faster installation
Step 10 – Underlayment Lamination (Optional)
Step 10 – Underlayment Lamination (Optional)
For products supplied with integrated underlayment, premium IXPE or EVA foam is laminated onto the underside using heat and pressure.

Step 11 – Quality Control
Step 11 – Quality Control
Every DECOSPC plank undergoes strict quality inspection.
Parameters checked include:
- Thickness accuracy
- Width & length tolerance
- Surface finish
- Color consistency
- Click-lock precision
- Wear resistance
- Flatness
- Edge quality
- Overall appearance
Only approved products proceed to packaging.
Step 12 – Packaging
Step 12 – Packaging
Before packaging, every plank is:
- Cleaned
- Visually inspected
- Checked for scratches
- Checked for bubbles
- Checked for delamination
- Checked for color variation
- Checked for edge defects
Approved products are packed, labeled, and sealed according to export standards.
