Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been dispatched or customized.
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to with your order number.
Refunds are processed only for defective or incorrect items supplied by us.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of delivery for refund eligibility.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after product inspection.
Customized or made-to-order products.
Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
Clearance sale items.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
All disputes are subject to Pune, Maharashtra jurisdiction.
